We would like to invite you to the Foam Roller Workout with Ivana Hrubá, which will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 18.00. This workout is focused on strengthening and toning the core using a foam roller. You can expect simple yet effective exercises that will help build strength in the major muscle groups, including the abdominal, back, and gluteal muscles. In the second part of the session, we will focus on stretching and relaxation.
