REWARDS FOR YOUR LOYALTY

Enjoy bonuses that come along with your membership at Balance Club Brumlovka as free passes for your guests or discounts on Club´s services. 

We are rewarding you for your loyalty and commitment to Balance Club Brumlovka. You will be awarded for every single full year of (continuous) membership by 100 points that are cumulative from the beginning of your membership and you will flow from lower levels to the higher one (Level 5) 

Every level offers bonuses:

LEVEL 1
0 - 99 points, up to 1 year of your membership

LEVEL 2

100 - 299 points, up to 3 years of your membership

LEVEL 3

300 - 499 points,up to 5 years of your membership

LEVEL 4

500 points an more, more than 5 years of your membership

* (the total suspension period of up to 2 months per year – in combination with the suspension option for LEVEL 4 benefit) 

LEVEL 5

1000 points and more, more than 10 years of your membership

* (the total suspension period of up to 2 months per year – in combination with the suspension option for LEVEL 5 benefit) 

CONDITIONS:

valid from December 1, 2023

• Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and other special promotions on products and services.
• Transfer to a higher level will be effected in the following month of the client´s threshold point value achievement.
• A new member enters the loyalty program on the 1st day of the month following membership activation.
• Loyalty Level benefi ts are renewed annually on the 1st day of the month following membership activation.
• The date of membership activation corresponds to the point in time from which the new member commits to pay
  membership fees.
• The membership activation date for contracts signed before September 30, 2023, is the same as the date of signing
  the membership contract.
• Benefits do not accumulate – they must be used within 12 months of the date on which the client earns them (they do not roll over to the next 12-month period).
• Once transferred from one level to another, the client has access to the higher-level benefits only.
• Benefits may only be used by the person who has reached the required level.
• One-day guest pass – entry subject to a supervision of the Club Member.
• Discounts on personal training sessions will be applied automatically to the first personal training sessions within the period when the client becomes entitled to redeem such benefit, the number of training sessions is defined by the specific loyalty program level type.
• Discounts on physiotherapy sessions will be applied automatically to the first physiotherapy sessions within the period when the client becomes entitled to redeem such benefit, the number of physiotherapy is defined by the specific loyalty program level type.
• Discounts on massages will be applied automatically to the first massages of any duration or type when the client becomes entitled to redeem such benefit, the number of massages is defined by the specific loyalty program level type.
• When using the solarium free minutes within the loyalty program, it is not possible to combine the free minutes from the loyalty program and the paid minutes during a single visit to the solarium. Only all the minutes of the loyalty program can be used within one visit or all the minutes can be paid.
• Discounts on additional services is not covered by the purchase of gift vouchers.
• Suspension of your membership is possible only in person at our Clients Centre or at info@balanceclub.cz, prior the beginning of planned suspension. 
• Particular level status remains preserved in case of temporary membership transfer, however, the temporary member is not entitled to redeem the benefits provided.
• Any permanent transfers of membership comprise the transfer of benefits to the new member accordingly.
• Balance Club Brumlovka reserves the right to modify individual parameters of the loyalty program at any time.
