Sauna Ceremony

Description

The Sauna Ceremony usually takes place in the Ceremonial Sauna. The sauna masters use music, lighting effects, different types of aroma oils and towel techniques to enhance the sauna experience. Depending on the intensity and content, the sauna ceremony can be dynamic, relaxing or theatrical with a story. As with any Sauna Ceremony, the participants attend the sauna ceremony without swimwear, in a sheet, and in the sauna they cover their entire body, including their feet.
