This is a dynamic style of yoga. The yoga asanas (postures) have a precise sequence and are held for 5-10 breaths. The postures bind together the so-called vinyasa, which allows for a very nourishing warm-up and detox of our body with the help of special breathing. Through regular ashtanga practice, the body will be greatly strengthened and stretched, plus the mind will be cleansed. Intermediate.
