Music Therapy

Description

Music therapy is a controlled relaxation in the Infrared sauna using not only instruments with natural tuning, which are often referred to as ethnic instruments, but also traditional musical instruments such as Tibetan bowls or other percussion instruments. The temperature in the Infrared sauna is around 40°C. LavaTech infrared radiators with unique lava sand (LavaTech's patented technology) are used here, which emit radiation that is extremely pleasant and healthy for the human body, and staying here together with relaxing music has beneficial effects.
